I used Gibson Lane for the sale of my flat. I'd previously used another well known agent and been unsuccessful in finding a buyer. The difference with Gibson Lane was noticeable, from both the marketing of the property and communication from the team. Our sale had a number of road-bumps and complications but they handled them all well. At one point a buyer pulled out of the purchase and we were able to find another buyer, show them the flat and have an offer accepted within 1 day!
